This group retreat on the devotion to the Sacred Heart, follows Fr. Michael Gaitley's book Consoling the Heart of Jesus and its accompanying group-retreat program on Divine Mercy. . This retreat gives us an awareness of God's infinite mercy and how we can give Him joy, showing us the way to console His heart by accepting His love and trusting in Him completely.
If you have not yet done the 33 Days to Morning Glory Group Retreat, you may want to look into doing that first, as it will make Consoling the Heart of Jesus a more fruitful experience.

This small group retreat features ten 35-minute DVD lessons by Fr. Gaitley exploring Consoling the Heart of Jesus.
The Consoling the Heart of Jesus Group Retreat consists of Reading from the Consoling the Heart of Jesus book, Answering questions from the Retreat Companion, and Meeting to learn and share about the key points of each week. The Retreat Coordinator's Guide assists in organizing the sessions and facilitating this Reading, Answering, and Meeting format.
