Morning Star
Readers of this book should bear in mind two facts. The first is that Morning Star - written on the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries - reflects Christian spirituality and asceticism of the period, and therefore, it should be seen in that context. Secondly, the goal of Fr. Casimir Wyszynski - the book's translator and author of its contents arrangement in Polish - was to prepare a practical guide to the Rule of the Ten Virtues of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, to be used by male and female members of religious orders. For this reason, consecrated persons are the primary addressees of Morning Star.
